Summer Work Out Schedule

Voluntary summer workouts.   

Monday-Thursday mornings 7:30-9am

June 11-28th, and July 9-26th

Running, weights, and conditioning. 

Anyone with a physical on file can run.

Practice/Meet Cancellation

Athletes will be informed on REMIND of practice/meet cancellations or changes.  Athletes should check their phones every morning just in case for updates.
